Jennifer Lawrence already has an Oscar on her mantle and is up for another tonight (Best Supporting Actress – American Hustle), but what makes her great is everything beyond the acting chops.
She’s definitely a 1st Round Pick.Her best attributes are her personality and demeanor: the way she carries herself on screen, in interviews, and in real life.
Because she seems… Normal! And that’s really freaking weird for anyone even remotely connected to Hollywood, let alone a gorgeous, Academy Award winning actress.
No doubt she’ll knock the photogs dead tonight in a designer dress that costs more than the average 20-something’s net worth (especially in this economy). But you get the feeling that she’d be just as happy down at BW3 with a boat full of wings & a couple of tall ones. Probably crackin’ jokes and competing (winning) in a belching contest. Arm wrestling too.
It’s both rare and refreshing when someone’s comfortable in their own skin to the level that Jennifer Lawrence is. Major respect for that. She says what most people think but won’t say. I can relate!
It’s rare talent and it’s what makes her a First Round Pick. I wouldn’t be surprised if Houston took her #1. She’ll be the cornerstone of that franchise (Sorry, JJ).
I mean if RG3 was worth THREE 1st round picks, how many would JLaw be worth?
