If you think about it, he’s only 5 years removed from arguably his best single season statistically (2009 – 4202 yds, 33 TDs, 7 INTs, 1072. rating) and EVERYONE sucked in 2010, not just Bert Faver.
Reunite Bert with Greg Jennings, maybe they get some of the magic back. You’ve got to think Cordarrelle and 4 could strike up a chord fast. Look at the chemistry he and Percy built in 2009.
We can draft a QB, stash him to develop. Keep Ponder around as the 3rd string/Starbucks getter/whipping boy. Just don’t give Brett Sam’s phone #.
Zim & Edwards will fix that 32nd ranked defense and we’re good to go!
