Our Minnesota Fightin’ Vikings (5-7) outplayed the Carolina Panthers (3-8-1) on Sunday 31-13 to keep the Purple’s very faint playoff hopes alive.
The Vikings won in all three phases, including two first half punt blocks returned for TDs by Adam Thielen and all-world Everson Griffen.
The win was a much needed boost to morale and momentum as the Vikings close out 2014.
